The spark for When Love Comes was ignited during a time of great personal trial. When our founder’s daughter was in the hospital struggling with severe bone inflammation, a therapy dog changed everything. In the midst of pain and uncertainty, that gentle companion brought a sense of peace and healing that medicine alone could not provide.

Witnessing the profound impact of that bond, we realized that animals aren’t just pets—they are healers and heroes. We founded this organization to honor that spirit, dedicated to rescuing animals in need so they, too, can find their purpose and bring love to the world.
